Why HAWC4RC?

Life expectancy is declining, and many people have lost hope. A root cause is that people are disconnected from each other and from the organizations on which their health depends. We in Runnels County are overcoming hopelessness and improving health by connecting people and organizations. HAWC is leading the way.
